ADBLUE SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS
The AdBlue fluid, composed of urea and demineralized water, is injected into the exhaust system just before a SCR catalyst. The introduction of AdBlue into the exhaust gases generates a chemical reaction inside the catalyst, which results in NOx being converted into nitrogen and water vapor.
AdBlue was introduced by vehicle manufacturers in order to hit the stringent emission targets set out by governmental bodies. It is sometimes referred to as DEF (Diesel Exhaust Fluid).
The AdBlue and SCR system is a relatively complex creation, with an array of electronic sensors, modules and pumps. These systems can fail and can be expensive to maintain. A vehicle which is used on a regular basis will consume a large amount of AdBlue, and its tank will need to be refilled on a regular basis.
Our AdBlue delete service will electronically disable your cars’ AdBlue system, along with removing the associated dashboard lights and warning messages. Disabling the AdBlue system is completed by reprogramming the engine management system.
ECO REMAPPING
When tuning for economy we rely on the increase and direction of the vehicles Torque. We increase and direct the extra torque lower down the rev range this encourages the driver to change gear much quicker and stay in higher gears for much longer this will save you fuel! less revs less accelerator = more MPG! If you adjust your driving style you can expect more of a fuel saving and we have customers that have seen savings up to 20% on MPG!
Most diesel vehicles will see between 8-15% fuel saving from the remap alone. BUT, when combined with a change in driving style, to take full advantage of the extra torque and driveability, much more is possible.

GEARBOX REMAPPING
Increased Torque Limiter
When tuning the engine management system, torque limiters are increased. However, if the vehicle is equipped with a DSG/ZF8 gearbox the engine output will be limited by the torque limiter set in the DSG/ZF8 module. We raise the torque limiter to match the engine torque output.
Quicker Shift Speeds
Shift speeds can be increased by up to 20%, this reduces lag and improves acceleration. The quicker shift speeds will also give a smoother transition between gear changes and improve paddle shift response time.
RPM Limits & Shift Set Points
RPM limits and shift set points can be adjusted in drive and sports mode. Adjusting the rpm limiter as part of the engine ECU remap is not enough on a DSG/ZF8 equipped vehicle. The DSG/ZF8 ECU will determine at what rpm the gear shift takes place
Launch Control
Launch control can be activated (model specific). Launch control will allow your car to make the perfect launch every time, reducing your 0 – 60 time and increasing the fun factor.
Full Manual Mode
Even when in manual mode, stock DSG/ZF8 software will force the gearbox to change up or kick down etc. With our custom DSG/ZF8 Remap we are able to give the driver full control by preventing auto changing when in manual mode (model specific).
ECO CLONING SERVICE
When a ECU or module goes down, getting another one whether it be new or from a donor vehicle, it will generally need to be programmed or coded to the car before it will work.
We can clone ecu or progrmming ecu and to transfer data from the current vehicle ECU to new or refurbished ecu.
Ecu Cloning means that you can plug the replacement on your car, motorcycle, truck, tractor, scooter, Boat with no further key or immobiliser coding needed. Any errors within your old ECU will be corrected before replacing all the info onto your new ECU.
